43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM)

We cordially invite you to the 43rd Annual General Meeting, followed by dinner.

Non-members and guests are most welcome to join dinner, starting from 7:45pm. The participation fee includes a course menu, red and white Swiss wines, draft beer, soft drinks, coffee, and a dessert.
We and the Kobe Regatta & Athletic Club will do everything possible to protect ourselves from the Coronavirus. Following precautionary measures are taken:
Stay home if you do not feel well on the day! There is no cancellation fee.
- Disinfect your hands and take your body temperature at the entrance.
- Always wear a face mask, unless seated, eating, or drinking.
- The number of seats per table is limited to half of capacity.
- Capacity is 40 people. We will accept on a first come – first serve basis.
We are confident that with above measures the event can be held in a safe environment
