Raclette Party with visit from Saint Nicolas 2021

The Swiss Society of the Kansai cordially invites you to our Raclette/Santa Claus Party.
This event is open to all members, friends of the Swiss Society and their guests. Let’s get together to say hello to Santa and wind down the old year with a “Raclette”, a very traditional Swiss dish. Due to limited seating capacity (coronavirus), we will give priority to our members and will accept guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants will be asked to take their temperature and disinfect their hands at the entrance. For the safety of all participants and the KR&AC staff, please wear a face mask unless you are seated. If you do not feel well on the day, stay home. We will not charge a cancellation fee for such cases.
Schedule
3 p.m. Opening, Apero
4 p.m. Santa Claus will visit the children
5 p.m. Swiss Raclette dinner
The participation fee will be collected on site and includes the traditional Swiss style “Raclette”, Swiss wines, beer, soft drinks, desserts, coffee and tea.
In Japan it’s strictly forbidden to drive under the influence of alcohol. If you drive, do not drink any alcohol! We recommend using public transportation.
