Raclette Party with visit from Saint Nicholas 2024

Dear Members and Friends,

The Swiss Society of the Kansai cordially invites you to our annual Raclette Party with a special visit from Santa Claus. This year we will be holding our event at the Kobe Club in Kitano-cho.

This event is open to all members, friends of the Swiss Society and their guests. Let’s get together to say hello to Santa and wind down the old year with a “Raclette”, a very traditional Swiss dish. This is a popular event and seating is limited. So be sure to apply early.

Our program

• 2 p.m. — Opening, Apero
• 3 p.m. — Santa Claus will visit the children
• 4 p.m. — Swiss Raclette dinner

Reminder — Please use public transportation, if you plan to drink alcohol

Santa message

If you would like Santa to address your child at the event, make sure to provide us with a customized message along with your registration. Please make sure to include the following information:

• Name and age of the child
• Preferred language: English, German, Spanish, and Japanese are available

Note that we must receive the messages at least 3 days in advance, to give Santa sufficient time to prepare. Late messages cannot be accepted. Use the separate form to send us your message.

Registration for the Raclette party with a visit from St. Nicolas 2024

The deadline for registration is Tuesday, December 3. Please note that we will need to charge a cancellation fee for any cancellations received after this date.

While the participation fee can be paid on site, we welcome payments made by direct bank deposit.
