DESCRIPTION:We cordially invite you to our traditional Spring BBQ. \nOkuike is a beautiful picnic- and playground located in the Ashiya Highlands. Come and enjoy our traditional food\, including the famous cervelats\, bratwursts\, Swiss wines\, as well as the good company and let your kids play on the vast grounds. Bring along your friends! \nWeather\nRain or shine\, we will be there! \nGetting there\nOkuike can be reached by public transportation using the Hankyu Bus from Hankyu Ashiyagawa station\, or by car using the Royu Driveway to Arima (toll required). \nReminder: Driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited in Japan. If you plan to drink alcohol\, do use public transportation! \nFood contributions from participants\nOur aim is to provide a culinary experience\, offering many different dishes and desserts. You can help us with your contribution to our selection\, be it a homemade dish—appetizer\, potato salad\, pasta salad\, green salad\, etc.—or a cake or other dessert. Costs can be reimbursed against receipts. Please let us know on the registration form\, if you will make a contribution. \n\nIs your home supply of sausages and meatloaf low? Then you’re in luck! This time we will again offer pre-ordering of sausages and meatloaf. Just use the pre-order form\, make sure to submit it by April 27\, and come to pick up your order at the BBQ. \n\nRegistration for BBQ\nThe deadline for registration is Wednesday May 13. Please note that we will need to charge a cancellation fee\, for any cancellations received after this date. \nThe participation fee will be collected on site. It is all inclusive—venue fee\, food and drinks\, Swiss wine\, beer\, soft drinks\, desserts\, tea\, and coffee. However we welcome payments made by direct bank deposit.
